5 Ways to Banish Brain Fog

I bet that every single one of us hits overwhelm or “brain fry” at least once a day.

I know I do.

Sometimes the brain drain arrives during the mid-afternoon “oh-god-why-did-I-think-I-could-accomplish-all-this-today?” slump. Sometimes it comes first thing in the morning when I’d rather just press snooze and pretend work can wait.

No matter when it hits – when I go blank, I turn to 5 tried-and-true tools to snap out of it and get back on track.

Fair warning – these are usually the last thing I want to do because my mind says “push through it! focus harder!” but don’t listen. You can’t afford to get bogged down in confusion and overwhelm – it’s a downward spiral. Take a mini-break and try these tips instead.
