Welcome Back Mindful Monther!

I’m so glad you’re joining me for our second month-long journey to re-discovering our inner quiet, calm and joy!

Based on our experience last May, for this November Challenge we’re going to focus on 4 main practices – one per week – and really build them into our lives.

You may recognize the practices from the last Mindful Month. Being mindful isn’t about finding new tricks; it’s about continually returning to this moment and this breath and building the habit of awareness into our daily activities.
